If you are seeing this page you are more than 10 days past due on your Internet Bill.
 
 BILLING POLICY per TLCB AUP: If we have not received your payment by the 10th day after the due date, your account will be suspended and you will be subject to a $15 reconnect fee.
 
FALURE TO PAY per TLCB AUP: TLCB may temporarily deny service or terminate this Agreement upon the failure of Client to pay charges when due.
 
Such termination or denial will not relieve Client of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees.

If your account has been shut-off (due to non-payment), a $15 Reconnect fee plus the amount due to bring your account current will be required before we can reactivate your account.
